OUR STORY
Founded in 2024, Greater Good Projects is a socially engaged practice driven by social and creative justice. We centre culture and creativity as tools for connection, equity, and agency, working alongside communities to create meaningful and lasting change.
The initiative is led by Founder and Director Jill Antonie, whose more than 30 years of experience spans education and training, the arts, community development, placemaking, project management, multimedia, and creative therapy. Grounded in social and creative justice, Jill’s practice centres people, place, and lived experience, bringing a deeply relational and community-led approach to every project she undertakes.
OUR MISSION
At Greater Good Projects, our mission is to inspire creativity, promote social impact, and empower individuals to drive positive change in their communities.
OUR VALES
Connection: We strengthen connection to place and community through creative, participatory practice.
Collaboration: We work in partnership with communities, artists, and organisations to achieve shared goals and collective impact.
Inclusion: We remove barriers to participation and ensure diverse voices, stories, and lived experiences are centred in our work.
Sovereignty: We work alongside First Nations communities in ways that respect cultural authority, self-determination, and living culture.
OUR IMPACT
We measure the impact of our work through inclusive participation, strong and sustained partnerships, and projects that reflect local identity and cultural heritage. Impact is tracked using a combination of community engagement data, creative outputs, local economic contribution, and qualitative feedback, ensuring our work delivers meaningful social, cultural, and place-based outcomes.
